Working with DDS

From your idea.
To your everyday tool.

A clear scope, practical reviews, and a handoff built around the people using the system.

  1. Tell DDS about your workflow

Describe what your business does, what you track, and where the current process slows you down. A general description is enough to start.

  2. Discuss the fit

We review the features, number of users, devices, access needs, and desired outputs. Remote discussions are available; on-site visits depend on location and availability.

  3. Review the written quote

The proposed scope identifies the work, pricing, delivery expectations, and any included instructions or support. You can ask questions before approving it.

  4. Approve the project

Work proceeds after the scope and applicable agreement are accepted and any agreed starting requirements are met. An inquiry alone does not place an order.

  5. Build and review

Review the tool against the agreed requirements. Requests for additional features are discussed separately so their effect on cost and timing is clear.

  6. Handoff and next steps

Review how to use the delivered tool, account access, and the instructions or training included in your scope. Any ongoing maintenance or support is defined in the agreement.

Instructions that fit your project

Discuss a guide covering everyday tasks, how connected tools work together, and basic troubleshooting. Digital and printable formats can be included in the scope.

A clear support plan

Agree on what help is included at handoff and whether you need ongoing maintenance or future updates. Support arrangements are defined for each project.
