The message and quote forms collect your name, email address, and message or project description. You may also provide a business name, phone number, preferred contact method, requested services, approximate user count, timeframe, budget, and discussion preference.
Please share a general description initially. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, confidential customer records, or other sensitive business information through these forms.
DDS uses inquiry details to review your request, contact you, discuss project requirements, prepare a quote, and keep track of follow-ups. Related details may be brought into the private DDS Business Manager to prepare and manage a proposed project.
A submission is an inquiry. It does not create an order, approve a price, or commit you to payment.
The forms send information to a Google Apps Script connection. Inquiry records are stored in a DDS Google spreadsheet, and a notification is sent to the DDS business inbox. An automatic acknowledgment may also be sent to the email address you enter.
These Google services process the submission as part of delivering and storing it. Your device communicates with Google when you submit the form. Account access is used to make the records available to DDS for business administration; the inquiry spreadsheet and Manager are not public pages.
Inquiry records are kept for follow-up, quote preparation, project administration, and related business recordkeeping. To ask about a record, how long it is kept, or a correction or deletion request, contact Zack at the address below. Include the inquiry reference number if you have it.
If you proceed with a project, its agreed scope and applicable agreement address the handling of project-specific information and access.
This website does not include a separate advertising or visitor-analytics tool. Its hosting provider, Netlify, processes website requests and may retain technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate and protect the hosting service. Google services used for form processing operate under their own service and privacy terms. This notice will be reviewed when analytics, payments, or other connected services are added.
Email and phone links open services on your device. Sending an inquiry through a form uses the website connection instead of your email application.
